Hi,
I'm having a few more problems with the e-way integration.
1. You have to include the billing address in the integration, however after talking to eWay they only require the payment details - why do we have to ask for this?
2. The billing address can not be pre-populated with any other address (e.g. shipping) in the form
3. There is not adequate validation on these billing address fields - e.g. people can put text in the postcode field and they are making mistakes
4. There is no way to set a default country

You can view the address of your customer on the eWay dashboard under the customer details.
2. The billing address can not be pre-populated with any other address (e.g. shipping) in the form
To pre-populate the Billing Address in the Payment field, you need to set the condition on your form. Please see the image below:

You can use a regular field for the postal/ zip code on your form instead and add a validation that limits 4 characters and only allows a numeric value to be entered.
4. There is no way to set a default country.
For the address field, you can set a default country.

Sorry, with question 1 I mean can I remove the billing address from your eWay widget in any way?

Unfortunately, there is no option for the Eway Payment Tool to remove the Billing address fields. These fields are in the Payment Tool by default.

I have tried to create the pre-populating address from shipping to billing using conditions but it is not working accurately. I'm not sure what the problem is

Unfortunately, I tried to use the Eway Payment Tool and it seems the condition to copy the fields is not working. However, I have tried to use other Payment tools (Authorized.net) and it seems to be working.

I have raised a feature request to our developers to make the Billing Address field in eWay integration optional. We will inform you as soon as this is implemented.

Hello there,
Billing address can now be made optional.
Under Additional Gateway Settings, toggle the "Require Billing Address" option off.
