URL from which a javaScript form submission came from

Asked by brycelw on July 02, 2012 at 05:38 PM

I am trying to track the exact URL that my form submission came from and I found the article that mentioned how to do it. The problem was my it mentions adding javaScript code in the end. My forms short embed code already contains javaScript code from the start.

    <script type="text/javascript" src="

The tutorial breaks it into sections but I am confused where to start because the tutorial code starts like <script src="

When I tried to ignore and proceed with the instructions I got an error.

I already answered you on this thread

If that is the only form you need to modify, just copy and past the final code at the end of my post. Otherwise, follow the instructions for other forms (just replace the FORM ID)
