Added condition to show desired page but it is not working.

    Hello,

I'm puzzled as to why my form is now not displaying correctly.  At the bottom of page 1, there are only two conditionals linked to this form.  At the bottom there's a "pick one of two options" and based on that answer the form is supposed to display either page 2 or page 3.  Currently when I pick the second option, nothing displays.

It's important that I publish this for my group soon.  Could you please assist?

    Thanks,

    Jason

    Hello Jason,

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

I did check your form and found that you have added condition to show hide form fields instead of skipping to desired page. Since your second option, shows form fields of 3rd page which caused fields of second page to be hidden. That is the reason why you are unable to move to page 3 from page 2.

The best way to achieve your requirement is to add condition to skip pages. You may like to take at the following guide which should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/350-How-to-Skip-Pages-Using-Conditional-Logic

Please take a look at the following cloned form where I have added the conditions to appropriately display 2nd or 3rd page based on the answer:  https://form.jotform.com/70924079336966

Feel free to clone this form for a closer look at the conditions. The following guide should help you in form cloning:  https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!
