Can you please provide the name of the form you're having issues with?

I checked your account, and you have 4 forms, 2 of them have 0 submissions, DISCOVER Active and Adventure Holidays Croatia has 2 submissions, and KROATIATURER Reservation Form has 9 submissions.

If you could direct us to which form, then we can do some further testing and get back to you.

    Thank you.

Considering that you are from Croatia your submissions are shore on our EU servers. You need to login to your account from our eu domain. Please use this link to login to your account:

Did you get that error message when you tried to view your submissions? I was not able to replicate mentioned issue when I checked submissions on your account.

Your form is currently not encrypted and I was able to see 6 out of 9 submissions. Other 3 submissions are encrypted and you will have to use your key to decript your data. However to do this you will have to encrypt your form again.

More about encrypted form you can find inside of this guide:

Encrypted Forms and How to Use Them

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
