File Upload: How to re-size images automatically while uploading to the form.

Quick Q!

The form we have is a being used on mobile devices.

Part of the form is uploading pictures taken by our engineers.

Sometimes this is multiple images.

I have found the section to allow more than 1 file (photo) upload.

But this restricts file size to 1MB and photos taken from the phone are (mostly) larger than the 1MB, is there anyway of automatically downsizing photos to the allocated 1MB?

We don't have any feature to let you automatically re-size the image that you upload to your form. I have created a feature request for this, and escalated to our development team for their review. please note that we cannot give you an exact date of when this will be implemented, but our development team is going to review it and decide what's necessary. If there's any update, we'll let you know via this thread. 

In the meantime, You might want to consider increasing the size of your upload file, that way you will have more control of your submissions, and you can re-size the images after, without having a massive loss in quality.
