Can the customer have there own personal login, to enable them to make changes

It would be good if customer could access the form to make any changes, if required with there own login/password

There is not actually a login widget right now that would allow your customers to do that. Even though, your customers can actually do that by placing an edit link into the Thank You page or the autoresponder email.

Here it is the link of the article that will help you set it up: How to Let Users Update their Form Submissions at a Later Date https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

Let me know if that helps you out.

Just to clarify, You would like your users to make changes to the form itself? or to there submissions?

If you would like them be able to make changes on the form itself, you can share your form with them as sub users, that way, they will be able to make changes to the form you choose to share with them only. Please follow this link if you need help setting up sub user accounts:

If you would like your users to make changes to their submissions after they have submitted, then please refer to the answer above provided by @carlosmdams
