    Email tests not appearing in my inbox.

    our email which is working perfectly is not connected with Jotform. I keep getting an error message everytime I log in saying that the email is bouncing. The email is 100% fine and we use it all day everyday, can you please get it going your end. (See screen shot)

    I understand, that error means you have to remove your account from the bounce list please do that by doing the following https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List

     

    After you do that you should receive emails when someone submits your form.

     

    If your email is constantly added to the bounce list, please switch your email notifications to your own SMTP server by doing this https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

    Your email address is in the bounce list. Out system gave following result:

    school.sport.victoria@edumail.vic.gov.au is IN Remove the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : X-Postfix; lost connection with

    I have removed your email address from the bounce list. 

    You can follow this guide on how to check and remove the email from bounce list.

    Why I am not Receiving Email Notifications?

    Also you should contact your email provider and ask them to Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.

    You can also use your own email address like carlosmdams suggested.
