Why doesn't the Add Collaborators Show up on my form?

I'm wanting to add collaborators, but there's no button? Is it because I'm a sub-user?

The "Add Collaborators" button will only appear in the main account where the form is currently located.

As a sub-user account, if you are editing a "Shared" form, there'll be no "Add Collaborators" button. However, if you are editing a form under your account, the button will show up. The forms under the "Shared With You" folder are the shared forms.
