Part of form missing on some browsers

Asked by sharella on July 02, 2012 at 07:39 PM

    I have a form here:

    http://www.sharellagoldens.com/Index.asp?ID=33

I have tested it on IE 8 and it works just fine.  I embedded it using iFrame.  I've had one person tell me it only partially loads on Firefox and another tell me it loads only partially (quits at the second to last question) and doesn't get to the submit button at the end.    The same problem occurs on my husband's iPod.

    Ideas?

    Thanks

Hello.  I noticed that your iframe's height size is set to 3865px.  To be able to see the whole form, please change the height to 4431px to fix your form's missing parts.

Also, if I may suggest, for your form's height to auto-adjust, it would be better if you can use embed form (javascript embedding) feature.

If you need further assistance or if you have other concerns, please do let us know.

    Thanks.

In addition, I noticed that you may have tried getting the iframe source of your form using the IE browser.  When editing your form using IE, I noticed that the fields and its labels did not wrap propely.

To be able to fix this, please set the label align of your form to top by clicking the Form Style > Label Align > select Top, then save your form.

After saving your form, get a new source code for your iframe or get the new height value to insert on your web page.
