How to upload PDF and make a form?

    Hello, 

     

    I have a fillable PDF made in acrobat pro, is it possible to upload this to jotform? I tried to upload my PDF but I got an error email.

    Hello,
    I uploaded a pdf form yesterday but it still doesn't seem to be finished?
    It's been about 21 hours now

    I'm not sure about the time needed to receive a response. It shouldn't be that long. Did you check your My forms section for that form?

    Or did you check the Junk/Spam folder in your email?
