Why my account is disabled?

    Jotform says I'm out of space and has disabled my account but I have deleted a few submissions to my forms and even deleted a couple of forms.

    Your account is disabled because of Upload space limit:

    You can check it under your Usage page: https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/usage

    So you should delete the submissions with uploaded files in them.
