This is not the only email like this i have recieved in the past couple weeks. Plase advise.

This is not normal, for example our uptime in March is about 99.98%. There is a chance that jotform.us address is blocked on user's end for some reason (could be related to network restrictions, installed extensions, security related software, etc). You may suggest user checking the issue with their system/network administrator.
If the blocked domain is the issue, you can get a new form URL on our jotformpro.com domain, simply by cloning the form. The new (cloned) form will be on a different domain.
