I just downgraded to the free but now I have some questions.

I just downgraded today to the free account. My plan is to use Google Forms when I am unable to use Jot Form anymore. However, I have a question.

Are the views and submissions limited to each form or my entire account? I am finding people are submitting the same thing 10-20 times for some reason. I made it restrictive to only unique submissions but that doesn't help me because I have them fill this out once a month.

I feel that $20 is way too steep considering people cannot edit a form and I cannot stop someone from sending in multiple submissions in a day or week.

The monthly form views and submissions limit are for the entire account. JotForm resets the monthly limits back to 0 every first day of the month.

You need to manually increase the Submission Limit number to +10 submissions every month. In this way, the form will be enabled. You can set this limit in the Form Settings.
