This form has been enabled and functional for months. Now we are getting complaints of this error appearing when you try to make a payment to purchase a t-shirt (after you hit submit). I tried myself & got this message twice. To my knowledge, no one has changed anything on the form or in our Square account. Did something break somewhere? It's not the payment being declined or anything...we have tried this with multiple cards, computers, browsers, etc. Same error.

Your integration appears to be well setup. I would suggest you to contact Square support to make sure everything is okay with your account, and then you can try disconnecting and connecting your integration again.

By the way, the issue was related to payments with sub-products, just like in your form.
Please be assured that this has been fixed and will never occur again.
