What is the console error is displayed on my form?

    Hello.   On my form it looks like there is a scripting error.

    The issue seems to be with the Terms and Conditions widget on the form. Please open the Terms widget wizard and click on Update widget button to update the widget.

    The error should be disappeared after updating the widget. Cheers!
