We have specific acronyms that will display in the title after our form is submitted and is now no longer showing those acronyms. It was working well as of last Wednesday sometime but come Thursday we noticed the glitch.
We are not sure how to resolve this issue.

We use Basecamp to submit our projects and the screenshot is from Basecamp. My apologies for not mentioning that.

I am sorry to say but I have still not understood the issue you are having. Are your using zapier to send your form's submission data to Basecamp?
I would request you to please explain the issue you are having a bit more in detail and we try to help you.
