    Hello,

My name is Jaime Goldfarb, and we are launching a new service to provide access to pets for those who otherwise would not be able to keep them.  In order for our clients to tell us exactly what type of pet they are looking for we are reviewing software options such as yours.  In addition to narrowing down the pets we should be providing, we would like the data gathered in this form to populate a database, such that we can get summary views of demand--so our question is, does data get stored, and is it possible to output in a tabular, CSV or Excel format so it can be easily uploaded for this type of analysis?

Thanks, and do let me know.  Jaime
