list of times that show as "BOOKED" once someone has submitted a booking

I would like to create a booking form that lists the following time slots (below) for clients to choose from.

When someone submits a booking for a time, I would like it to show as "BOOKED" for all other clients. Only one person can select each time slot.

I have spent quite a bit of time in the settings area but cant see how to do this. I would really appreciate your help.
