Form with multiple conditions is crashing.

Hi, I just wrote in but figured out the problem. The form crashes when I change the "Clear Hidden Field Values" to "Clear on Being Hidden". This does not happen when I change it to "Clear on Submit". Please advise, thank you! https://form.jotform.me/70101884168455

I did test a clone of your form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. You seems to have 83 conditions in your form and I believe that seems to be causing this issue.

I would suggest you to please disable your condition and see if that solves your problem. If that solves it, you may have to optimize the conditions you have added in form. It seems you have added several condition to show / hide multiple questions together. Please note that there is a better way to show / hide multiple fields at once.
