Hello MBWHS,
I did check your first form and found that the way you are trying to pre-populate radio button field of second form is incorrect. The correct form pre-population URL should be:
Do try it out and get back to us if the issue persists.
Thank you!

I tried changing it to this and it didn't work. The radio buttons didn't prepopulate.
Please can you advise?
Thanks

Hello Katie,
The reason why the radio button of second form does not prepopulate because the option of both the form's radio button is not same. Please check the screenshot below:
Please note the radio button should have the same option and then only it can be prepopulated. Please check the screenshot of the radio buttons of both the forms:
If you select "No" in first form, it will prepopulate the radio button of second form. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please copy the same value in the radio button and that should solve your problem.
Thank you!

Hi
I have made the changes and am still having issues. For some reason it worked briefly but not no longer works at all and I really need to be able to pass this answer forwards to the other form. Can you please take a look?
thanks

I have just tested your form, and cloned to my account, and the pre-population worked perfectly. Can you please clear your form cache and try again? As I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work.
Please try clearing your form cache, and submit the form again and see, also you can try on a different browser, just to see where it's going wrong.
Here's how to clear your form cache:
Thank you.

It is really strange as I have cleared the cache in jotform and on my computer and its not working. The pre population worked perfectly for the other fields but when I select 'no I don't want to continue' under the interpreter q it doesn't prepopulate across and this is the question we really need to work!
I have had others test it and is also not working

Hello Katie,
I did check your first form and found that you are using the following thank you URL to pre-populate form field of second form:
I was just trying to match the radio button options of both form. It seems you are reading value of "Do you need an interpreter" and populate it in second form but your second form does not have this question any more. Can you please check your form #70818704843865 and see if this field is still there to be able to pre-populate.
We will wait for your response.
Thank you!
