    Hello,

My forms were working fine however; after editing one form to include a password field they are all disabled? I've herd it can automatically be flagged as suspect.

    Any assistance would be appriciated

    Kind Regards

Please note that adding password field on your form to asks password details from the Form Users is against our Terms of Use and it will result to your account being suspended and forms being disabled.

Phishing. You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

However, I can see that you have removed the password field on your form. With that in mind, I have now reactivated your account and you should access your forms.

    Regards.
