    Hi,

When a user fills out your application form and clicks the submit button, it will be available to be viewed in your submissions page. You can do that by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions

The submissions page allows you to download the submission in excel, csv and PDF format. Here's a guide about that: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

Now you can also integrate your form to different 3rd party applications like Google Spreadsheet, with that, it allows you to have the submissions in an online spreadsheet, readily available and updated. Here's a guide to learn more about that integration: https://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet

If you wish to prevent your users to submit the form multiple times, then there are a number of ways on how to do that. Below are some options that you can check:

Solution #1: You can set unique questions on your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/223-How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question

Solution #2: You can set the user's cookie or IP address: https://www.jotform.com/help/64-How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form

    I hope that helps.
