I want to add Carrier page in my site. I selected one Application form thats fine.
Now, i want to manage the submit application in some database or some where in jot database. once i request to generate the application submitted during the last month or total application submitted then you provide us in excel format column wise or any format.
We want to manage and remove duplication.
How you can help us in this way.

When a user fills out your application form and clicks the submit button, it will be available to be viewed in your submissions page. You can do that by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions.

Now you can also integrate your form to different 3rd party applications like Google Spreadsheet, with that, it allows you to have the submissions in an online spreadsheet, readily available and updated.
