I checked your website and I see the problem, could you please try embedding with clean iFrame method, you can use this code:
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame-70864054081353" onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://form.jotformeu.com/70864054081353" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:539px; border:none;" scrolling="no"> </iframe>
Please paste that instead of the one you did and let us know how it worked.
We'll wait for your response.
Thank you!

I've checked the embedded form in your webpage and I can see it works without any problem, though I can see you've embedded the full iFrame code instead of the iFrame code only.
Here's a screenshot about what I could see when submitted your form:
If you're still experiencing conflicts on your form, please try embedding only the iFrame code, removing the JavaScript code, that will help you to avoid conflicts between the form and your page codes.
If it still persists, please share us a screenshot about the web console, that will help us to know if there's an error that's not allowing the form to work as expected.
These keyboard shortcuts will help you to get the console:
Google Chrome:
Mac: Command + Option + J
Windows: Control + Shift + J
Firefox:
Windows: Ctrl+Shift+K
Mac: Command+Option+K
