I am getting a form disabled because (looks like) I am asking for bank account number and SWIFT code.
I assume it is disabled because of this anti-phishing filter. Can I make it work somehow? We are a registered, legal company, and we are retrieving this data to pay some of our providers.
Also, we are asking for sensitive data, but we are not asking for secret data or passwords or something like that.
PS. We are not embedding the form on any site. We are using this form to onboard some provider into our platform. We onboard this kind of provider manually. And we intend to use JotForm as a temporary solution for now.
