Google integeration set up

So normally it is inputted into the JotForm and from there it is sent to the Google File. From there it is displayed and it can be seen what was inputted into the JotForm order. However, now when we input something into the JotForm, nothing shows up. How do I fix it so what I inputted into JotForm shows up on the Google File like it used to?
