You all have the correct email address, and would you possibly allow me access to my paid account if not please refund my payment with credit card ending in 6140 debited on 03.31.17. I have been going around and around with you folks.
First you remove my information from my employment application and now I CAN'T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT.
PLEASE CONFIRM MY COMPANY IS LEGITIMATE AND PLACE AT LEAST THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF THE DRIVER'S SOCIAL ON THE APPLICATION.
MY CURRENT EMAIL ADDRESS IS 11MZMAMMIE@GMAIL.COM AND IT HAS NOT BOUNCED. WHAT IS THIS COMPANY ISSUE. I HAVE NOT EVER EXPERIENCED THE UNPROFESSIONALISM I AM EXPERIENCING WITH THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!

I understand that you are having trouble with accessing your paid account but, after looking into this for you I did not find any accounts with a paid subscription plan.
I do see that your email is associated with this thread here https://www.jotform.com/answers/1110008-My-account-is-suspended where I traced you to two different accounts for "11mzmammie" and "mzmammie" but neither had any billing records or invoices listed on them.
Do you happen to remember which account this plan was on?
If there was a charge then can you please provide us with the order reference number this was from so that we can locate this and fix it for you?
This would help as well so that we can rectify this billing and account access issue you have.
