I'd like to start using JotForm!
I'd like to build my own JotForm and place on our company Intranet.
I'd like the first field of the form to be something like "Customer Number" which is entered by a staff member & they click next. Then the form goes & looks at a data source and brings back specific fields like a customers address & displays them on the form.
Is is possible? Do you have a tutorial or other information i can check out?

Thank you for posting your inquiry.
If I'm not mistaken you would like to have something similar for a system that can do look-up with historical transactions of the customer. Unfortunately, what you're looking for is not how JotForm works.
But, I may probably be mistaken with how I'm understanding your inquiry, can you explain with further details what you wish to do with your forms?
