Basic form help – Shopify

Hi, 

 

I would like to create a form using your app, but when I tried to embed the form it showed up not looking like it belongs in my theme. And also was very airy and had a gray box around it. : (

It is possible to keep this same format I have on my current contact page and just add on an attach file feature you offer as well. It's a design-based website so integration and flow is essential.

Do you mean that you are looking to create a form with us to embed on your shopify contact page that resembles the existing one, correct?

Yes, it is very possible to create a form exactly like that.

Here's a quick example https://form.jotformpro.com/70935298114965 for you to clone to start which can be modified furthermore to your liking to become more of how you have on your website.

Additionally, sometimes when you embed the form it's best to use an iframe since the default script may display incorrectly if your site has scripts running on it that interfere with the form.

Yes. However, you may clone the form to your account and customize the design as per your requirement using the Advanced form designer. You may also take a look at our Theme-store for hundreds of themes that are available to select to match your requirement.
