    Why the form submission is displaying garbled text?

    Hi-  I am new to jotform and have not see this on any forum for help.  I have two situations- 

     

    1.  client returned form and it is "garbled" it has odd text that i did not write- attached photo of it from my iphone.

     

    2.  also on line on my mac- this same client submitted form shows ONLY the info that client submitted- (i could not attach a photo- you only have one spot ?)  but since this is a contract- I need to be able to print off the "full" thing including my text dialogue if i need it-

     

    Please help with these two issues-  Thanks Rose

    Please provide us with the form URL that you are experiencing the issues so that we can take a look and provide you with necessary assistance. 

    Also, please let us know if the issue is occurring only with a submission or multiple submissions on multiple forms.

    I sent you a photo attached of the garble in the first message its from a
    screenshot of my phone so i have no url- when i forward it- it forward
    correctly in email ! please advise

    We appreciate your report about the issue and I've tested and checked this further on my end where I experienced the problem you've mentioned.

    I've found that this problem is coming from your text field.

    It looks like according to your formatting that there's a ton of spacing that has broken how it is displayed in our iOS App so the result is the standard " " that becomes visible even though it is html code for spacing. 

    Did you copy and paste that text there from somewhere else or did you enter all of that into the text field manually from your keyboard?

    Hi- I copied and pasted it- I previously messaged about no spell check
    feature- so I cant just "type" it- I have spell checks in chrome and
    downloaded grammerly but it doesnt "read" the textbox- so I dont know what
    to do ?
    also
    how would i print off the entire contract including signature if I
    should ever need it ? Thanks ! Rose

    We appreciate the update about this problem and just wanted to inform you that our App Developer is aware of the problem as well now.

    The problem is exists on the current version of the app in the app store but, we will be releasing a new update to correct this issue and other known issues fairly soon and will let you know as soon as that happens.
