Why the form is not showing when previewed on iPhone?

    Hi there,

My jot form works fine when someone is accessing in a non mobile browser. In a mobile browser, the form doesn't show up. I've tried both embed and iframe. Neither is working.  I am using 1and1 to host my website. The form is encrypted as it contains sensitive personal information.

    Thanks

Could you please tell us on which phone did you test your form?

I checked on iPhone and Android but I couldn't replicate this issue.

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!

It is and iphone 6. I found the issue. I am using 1and1 website builder and needed to allow 3rd party HTML.

On another note, using Chrome and safari mobile apps, when you open the section collapse header, it throws you to the end of the form (to the submit button). It seems to work fine on Opera mini. How can I adjust so that it works fine on Chrome and safari mobile?

I'm glad it worked for you regarding the iPhone issue.

For your second question, I opened a new thread and we will attend it here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1111294

    Thank you!
