How can I get autoresponder to work?

    On our form Chapelwood's Event Promotion Request, the autoresponder feature is not working. I saw another thread on the same topic where the solution was to delete the email field and then add it back in. That will not work for us, as deleting a form field deletes the contents of that field for all submissions, and we need the data we have.

    Any other ideas?

    I have just cloned your form, tested the submission, and I was able to receive an autoresponder email without any issues. Can you please give more details as to what exactly is not working in that feature? are users not receiving autoresponders? If that's the case, you might want to advice them to check their spam folder, as emails might sometimes be filtered as spam.
