Just to confirm - if we use one of your forms in our website, the email addresses of those responding will not be sold or conveyed to any third party by you.  Secondly, We need to distinguish easily between incoming inquiries and would like the subject line to show what the nature of the inquiry is.  Would your forms enable us to achieve this goal?  Thanks, Bill
