my forms are missing

For some reason I do not have the forms on my website anymore.

I checked both your webpage as well as your JotForm account and did not see any JotForm forms.  Your current account was set to dormant but that would have only caused forms to show as being in restore mode. 

If you have a link to one of your pages that used to have a form or of one of the forms, we can let you know exactly what happened to the form.
