My forms were disabled, even though they were still in compliance with the "FREE" version. Please help!Page URL:

We do not allow for the collection of usernames or passwords through forms for any reason.
Your What's Cookin' 2017 Residency Application form has a field labelled "Password (if applicable)". This set off our phishing detector and resulted in your account being suspended. I removed the field from that form and activated your account. Your forms are usable once again.
