Why have my forms been disabled?

    My forms were disabled, even though they were still in compliance with the "FREE" version. Please help!

    We do not allow for the collection of usernames or passwords through forms for any reason.

    Your What's Cookin' 2017 Residency Application form has a field labelled "Password (if applicable)".  This set off our phishing detector and resulted in your account being suspended.  I removed the field from that form and activated your account.  Your forms are usable once again.
