Major problem with autoreply on our farms.

    We have not heard from you after repeated requests. This problem needs to be fixed! People using our forms get an autoreply from an erotic novel publisher site instead of the autoreply we set up. This is bad for our brand and turns off customers. Please address this immediately, we've already waited too long. If we do not hear from you this week we will switch to another company and notify our email list that the issue was ignored by Jotform and that we will have to switch providers.

    I checked the form in your page and there is not currently an autoresponder email set up.  I filled out the form using my own email address and as expected, no email were received. 

    Is your form still sending the incorrect emails? If so, please let us know and if possible, provide an example including the email address the email was sent to.  We will be happy to look into this for you.
