Unable to change username from the Admin tool for specific user

    Can I please change my username to be Parish Alumni Office

    Please allow me to inform you that usernames with spaces or characters are not allowed. If you want to change your username into Parish Alumni Office, we can only change it into Parish_Alumni_Office or if you want, you can suggest another username. Please give us at least 3 usernames so that if one is already taken, we can still change it.

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you for your response. Could I simply change the username to say ParishAlumni - capitalize the P and capitalize the A so it's not all lowercase?

    Hello parishalumni,

    We have checked the issue which assigned by our support team.


    During the investigation, we figured out that your username has whitespace characters. So, this situation causes confusion in database.

    Therefore my colleague was unable to perform username change. 


    The rules JotForm allows when selecting a user name:

    - Username must be alphanumeric

    - No whitespace (user can use '_' instead of whitespace

    - No special characters, like @'*..


    Please select your new username with the specified rules.

    We'll manually change your username.


    Do you still confirm to change your username to 'ParishAlumni' ? Do you approve this process?

    We are waiting for your reply.
