Is it possible to have a field become available only if certain conditions are met?

I am making a registration form for a kids music camp. We have six different courses and each student chooses one course. The camp ages are split with one group of courses catering to people in grades 3-6th while another group of courses for grades 7-9th.

I have a question where they select which age group their student is in. Is it possible for the course selection form to appear based on which age group is selected? This is important because different courses are offered for different age groups. I hope this makes sense.
