As a precaution, I disabled the clear on submit. I'll retry, but I'd like you to take a look at the spreadsheet. There's a column that shows ERROR on every row.

It seems that there is an issue with the integration or an update with the integration might have caused this. Could you try removing the existing integration on the form and reintegrate again to see if the Submission ID is displaying correctly in the spreadsheet?

I redid the integration and it keeps showing error. Now, there's another issue with the same integration, it freezes and doesn't update new submissions. It stopped yesterday at 723 subs and I had 1023+ when I rebuilt the integration today it worked, but it keeps freezing.

I have cloned your JotForm and tried integrating the spreadsheet. I see that the Submission IDs are displayed normally on the integrated spreadsheet at my end. Could you confirm that you are not making any changes to integrated spreadsheet?
Also, I have pushed the missing submissions if any to the spreadsheet. Please check and let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist you further.
