Access specific fields in the form to connect things

Unless I'm missing something, the Jotform support for anything connecting through your REST API (i.e., IFTTT) is very rudimentary - all information is passed via FORMDATA. Is there some way to access specific fields in the form to connect things, or are you only expecting the far end to be able to figure out how to decipher that information?

I'm currently checking your concern. Please allow me some time to further investigate. I'll get back once I've found a relevant information.

    Regards.

As per further checking, if you want to get the data of a specific field in your form using our API (http://api.jotform.com/docs/#overview), then, unfortunately, it is not currently possible to do this. You can only get all the submission data details using the API (http://api.jotform.com/docs/#user-submissions). If you need a more elaborate answer about our API, please try to contact our API team and to see if they can accommodate the logic you need for the API. You can contact them by sending an email to api@jotform.com with the details of your concern or what you are trying to achieve.
