I have 3 Different people submitting information into a form, I am using jotform as a data collector in head of 3 people, each person has to select their nname in a dropdown menu and later complete the information, they do it over and over again.
Now I´d like them to have access to the information they´ve submitted in a excel, but at the time I create the excel I can include or not fields but I cannot filter the information,
I’d like to have an option like include: this field that contains this information, or something like that.
I dont want to have to downlowad everyday the informatión filter it and send it to each head of the informatión, i´d like to create a customized reported in a link, so the person can download the report himself just viewing his own information.
Let me know if I can have something like that or a workaround I can work with

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to create reports with filter.
I am creating a feature request ticket and sending it to our back end team. Though we cannot provide an ETA on this but we will get back to you as soon as we have any update form them.
For now, I would suggest you to please take a look at our "Submission View" app and see if it fits into your requirement. Please note that it is also possible to take advantage of our APIs to get submissions programmatically and then add your desired filters.
