How can I change email address that appears as sender on emailed form?

    Hello,

     

    I just need to know if there's a way to change that the email that is seen as the sender to the person that receives the form results, could be changed to a default one like, info@jotform.com or another email that remains constant.

     

    The problem Im having is that my customer is receiving the emails but they are falling on her junk mail because (of course) his email client doesnt recognize the emails of the people that have been filling out the forms..

    It will be much easier if it was the same email returning the form results...

    Got it! Man, I definitely need to play around with the forms more, you make evrythign so easy!

    If someone else wants this solution: go to the Email Alerts buttong, and click on the "Notification" template, then click on the button that says: Reply to and Recipient Settings -- then change the sender email to noreply@jotform.com

    Now my client will be able to set that email in their address book and not have to worry about lost emails :)
