Why are submissions still showing up in the Weebly JotForm app after deleting submissions fom JotForm?

    Hello,

    In my JotForm Submission page I do not have anymore submissions but in my Weebly Dashboard there are still some submissions. How can I delete it from the Weebly Dashboard?

    I have just checked your forms and I can confirm that you don't have anymore submissions, Our weebly app integrates your JotForm submissions automatically. It's most likely a browser issue, I suggest logging out and logging in back again. If the issue is not resolved then please get back to us so we can assist you further.

    I’ve done:-
    Logout Weebly.com
    Cleared the browser data: Cookies and Cached images & files
    Login again
    The problem still exists. Infact I’m using the latest macOS Sierra version 10.12.4.

    Hey Jeffrey - The forms shown on your first screenshot seem to be different when compared with the forms found inside your account.

    Inside your account (JMoey) you have 3 forms, all with 0 submissions:

    Renewal Form - 70940793541460

    Biz Partner Renewal Form - 70940772439463

    Insurance Renewal Form - 70940842841458

    You'd notice that none of the forms match, and from these, I can assume that the account you used when you added the JotForm App inside Weebly was different from the account you're using right now.

    To confirm this, please get back to us with Form ID/URLs of each of the 5 forms above.

    Alternatively, you can just try to remove/delete the JotForm App inside Weebly. Afterwards, click the ADD button on this page https://www.weebly.com/app-center/jotform
