Show Headers And Text not working

HI 

One of your team was recently kind enough to get back to me when I asked how I could make header text on a jotfrom appear on submissions

They explained I need to go to submissions, then properties and select Show Header And Text

I have done this but it doesn't seem to work - I still can't see the headers or the text on submissions

I believe you are referring to this thread where you were assisted by one of my colleagues. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this is causing you. I will be glad to help you further and in order for me to do so, I have created a clone version of the form on your website in my account.

I made a test submission on the form and checked it from the submission page. I have enabled the "Show Headers and Texts" property and I am seeing the texts and headers in the form submissions after. (Please see screenshot below.)

Isn't that what you're seeing on your end? If not, can you help us by sending us a screenshot of the issue here in the support forum, please? How-to-include-screenshot-image-in-the-support-forum
