And another thing, I'm trying to edit a text and delete a text in the form, but each time I get thrown out. I've changed browser to Chrome from Safari but it does not help.

May we know what field you are trying to edit?

I cloned your form and tested it on my account, but I'm unable to replicate the problem, I can edit and delete "Text" field on my end. Here's a screencast:

Does the action in my screencast same with the actions in your end? If you could provide us more details, that would help us better.

    We'll wait for your response.

I've tested this on my end and I can see the issue as well, it only seems to happen when you edit a form from a sub-user account, I could also see it happens when you try to save any change on a form.

I will forward this to our second level so our developers can investigate the issue, we  will let you know as soon as we receive any update about it.
