I added a user but when the user received the invite you cant open the create account link it says invalid address. have tried twice and tried different browsers. Please advise.

Do you still have the invitation link? Can you share it? I just tried the sub-account user, the link is working for me.
I think the link is truncated for some reason causing the error. We need to figure that out. I checked your email logs, I cannot seem to find it there.
