Is there a way to fill out part of the form and email to a coworker to complete the rest?

Hi there,

I am the project coordinator and do majority of the paperwork for my technicians. The form I just created is required at every inspection we complete--it is already a long form, but I would like to be able to create a form and populate as much information that I can then pass long to my technician to fill out the rest.

Is this possible?

Hello,

As I understand, you are trying to do a workflow form, which more than one people will fill out. But I can't understand the details of the processes hence, I will suggest you two step strategy. The first one could be enough for your needs:

1) Use editable forms:

After enabling this feature, add edit link to your email notifications. Every submit can be editable, and all edits can be emailed again if the submit button is clicked.

2) Use conditions:

You can setup hidden fields which can be displayed when a field if filled with a specific content. You can send specific passwords to specific people. Again you should setup the first step.
