Our user named "AutoOneBP" has reported us that he gets a server connection error Upon submitting a form. (form ID: 63480192931861)
I have tested his form and I have received a different kind of error. I have fulfilled the form and submitted, the form opened again instead of the Thank You page despite having set a default Thank you page as seen below:
I have cloned the form on my side in order to test it (cloned form ID on my side: 70944208423959). I was able to see a Thank You page as seen below:
However, this is not the Thank You page have been set to the form as you can see the screenshot below:

I was informed by the developer that user had redirected form again due to a condition in the form actually. After deleting that condition, the form works as expected.
Please inform user accordingly.
