How can I make all fields to be filled out default to caps?

It is not currently possible to force or convert form entries to capital letter.  If you want to force the submitted data to be also in uppercase characters then you'll need to use the full source code of your form and a custom script like the ones provided here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/13155261/convert-to-upper-case-while-typing-with-some-delay
