Absolutely not! That's a totally unacceptable answer, my email is a gmail account and it should be a simple matter to forward me an email. I've been looking at these forums and it seems like a lot of inconsistancy in the answers to the same problem.

Okay, I resolved the problem, the forwarding from my .com account email address was not working to send it to my Gmail account so my mistake and my appologies.
