When we reply to a jotform submittal the return email is pre-populating the customer contact name and not our sales representative. this is hugh because critical information is being missent to the customer directly and not through the sales representative.

While setting up email notifications things like sender name and reply-to email address can be set under the recipients tab:
You can update the reply-to address to the correct field if the current one is not the one that should be used.
